Terms of Service — LeoVerifier

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeoVerifier email verification service, including our API, dashboard, and related tools (collectively, the “Service”) operated by LeoVerifier (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Accounts are provisioned by an administrator. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys confidential, and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or keys. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@leomail.xyz.

2. The Service

The Service checks whether an email address appears valid, deliverable, and safe to send to, returning a status and a confidence score. Verification results are provided on a best-effort basis. Email deliverability depends on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee that any result is complete, accurate, or error-free. Results are informational and must not be treated as a warranty about any individual or address.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You may only submit email addresses that you have a lawful basis to process, and you must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, privacy, and data-protection laws.

4. API keys, quotas, and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly verification quota and a per-second rate limit. We may throttle, suspend, or limit requests that exceed your plan, threaten the stability or security of the Service, or appear abusive or automated beyond reasonable use. API keys are issued to you and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed without our written consent.

5. Plans, billing, and changes

Plan features, quotas, and pricing are set by your administrator or agreement with us. We may change plan features or these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for a breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that verification results will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim, or USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of LeoVerifier is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.
