Acceptable Use Policy — LeoVerifier

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using the LeoVerifier service (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to protect the Service and its users.

1. Lawful basis for data

You may only submit email addresses that you have collected lawfully and have a legitimate reason to verify. You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, data-protection, and anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations).

2. Prohibited activities

Using the Service to support spam, phishing, harassment, or other unsolicited or deceptive messaging.
Verifying addresses obtained illegally, scraped without permission, or purchased from unlawful sources.
Attempting to breach, probe, or circumvent authentication, quotas, rate limits, or other protections.
Reverse engineering, reselling, or sublicensing the Service without our written consent.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or security of the Service.
Uploading malware, or using the Service to build or enrich profiles for unlawful discrimination.
Sharing API keys with unauthorized parties or exposing them in public or client-side code.

3. Fair use

Your plan defines a monthly quota and a per-second rate limit. Do not attempt to exceed these limits through multiple accounts, key sharing, or other circumvention. We may throttle or suspend usage that threatens the stability, security, or fair availability of the Service.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your access, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. If you believe your access was limited in error, contact support@leomail.xyz.
